1. Who handles your data

This notice describes how Ranvel Tour Plus Service Ltd. Part. handles personal data through the LLF website and related communications. Depending on the service you choose, ThaiFestTicket or another linked service may separately handle your data under its own privacy notice.

2. Data we may collect

• Website and device data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser, device, referral source and interaction data—only for optional analytics where consent is required.
• Enquiries: your name, email, telephone number, organisation, message and any information you choose to provide when contacting us.
• Partner and administrator access: agency and contact details, access code or phone identifier, organisation, role, session, usage and security logs.
• Ticketing: the public website sends you to ThaiFestTicket to complete a purchase. Payment and booking details are handled on that service, not by this website’s analytics.

3. Why we use data

We use data to operate and secure the website; answer enquiries; provide authorised partner or administrator access; support event and ticket enquiries; meet legal obligations; and, with your consent, measure website use and improve content.

Our lawful grounds may include your consent, steps requested before or under a contract, compliance with law, and legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention and service improvement where those interests do not override your rights.

4. Sharing and international processing

We may use service providers for hosting, security, email, analytics and embedded media. Google Analytics loads only after consent. YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced embedding, although YouTube may process data once you play a video. Links to maps, social media and ticketing services are governed by those providers’ notices.

Some providers may process data outside Thailand. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards and limit data to what is needed for the service.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute handling, contractual records and legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record. We use reasonable organisational and technical controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may ask to access or receive a copy of your data; correct it; erase or anonymise it; restrict its use; object to processing; receive portable data where applicable; withdraw consent; and complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
